Charlene and Duane came to visit us in early July. They started their Alaskan adventure here in Anchorage with Grayson and us. We took them to Whittier for some real Alaskan battered Halibut food, then the Conservation Center for rescued Alaskan animals just outside of Whittier and Girdwood to the Alyeska resort. After a few days with us they ventured to Soldotna to visit some friends of theirs from California. While in Soldotna they made their way to Homer and loved it. They touched back in Anchorage for a night, then off they were again to Denali via the Alaska Train! While in Denali they took the park tour on a bus for 8 hours to see Moose, Bear, Dall Sheep, Lynx cat, a Bald Eagle and it's nest! After Denali they road the train back to Anchorage where they concluded their trip with the Alaskan Market downtown. We had such a great time with them and can't wait to see them again!
